Who can use Swa Artisanal Syrups?

Anybody looking for an easy, consistent, natural beverage solution can use Swa. Our syrups fit well for restaurants, cafes, resto-bars, bakeries, lounges, breweries, catering services, workplace events, and even for making artisanal ice creams or adding flavour to kombuchas.

What SKUs sizes are available?

Our syrups are available in 500 ml food-grade PP bottles. And our sample packs come in 60 ml PET bottles.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Unopened 500 ml bottles have a shelf life of 6 months ambient. Secondary shelf life is a month, ambient, under 25 degrees celsius. If refrigerated, freshness lasts longer and shelf life is easily extended.

60 ml Sample bottles should always be refrigerated as they are not hot filled.

How do you preserve the syrups without using preservatives?

We use the Hot Fill Technique. In a clean environment, bottles are sterilised, and the syrups are added at high temperatures before sealing. This process preserves the natural essence without the need for preservatives, and prevents spoilage.

Can we place orders if we're located in different states or regions?

Yes, we supply Pan-India to places like Manipur, Madurai, Kochi, Ludhiana, Patiala, Jammu, and more.

How long does the product delivery take?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 days. Shipping typically takes 4-7 days depending on your location.

What if we want specific flavor adjustments?

For bulk orders, we offer customization options to adjust flavors to your needs. Minimum order quantity of 500 litres is required. Please get in touch with us on info@drinkswa.com for the same.

Why does the syrup look separated, is it spoiled?

Separation may occur as Swa contain no stabilisers, only natural ingredients. The real fruit, spice, tea components, and water may naturally separate. Just give it a good shake before use. This is how nature works :)
